Welcome to Onside Recovery! My name is Sam Norman, and I'm the senior-most contributor to this publication. I am also the junior-most contributor as I run this blog alone. Onside Recovery is dedicated solely to the sport of college football. I aim to cover everything that makes college football great: the tradition, recruiting, drama, economics, politics, and of course, the games themselves.

A little about the junior-most contributor to Onside Recovery: I was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I've been a die-hard Vikings fan for as long as I can remember, which is the root cause of my chronic depression. I currently live in Denver, Colorado with my french bulldog, Hank, who went 8-23 ATS in his bowl game picks last season. His gambling account has since been deactivated.

I love college football. The primary purpose of this blog is to share that love with you. College football is fun and engaging, which is precisely what I want this blog to be.
